Every single employee was phenomenal! Their genuine kindness, smiles, and enthusiasm made for a great first trip for my daughter for her first cleaning. When having to do a procedure due to a large cavity, she was met with calm and patient dentists that explained every single step of the process by letting her see and touch anything that would be in her mouth. My 5 year old went through a whole pulp cleaning and crown without one whimper! That’s eye opening about their great care! Will definitely recommend and return for my whole family.

As soon as I walked into Nela dental I was greeted with a smile. The Family friendly atmosphere really made me feel at home. I received a dental cleaning on my visit, and my hygienist really did a good job.You could tell this wasn’t her first rodeo. She really did an excellent job cleaning my teeth. I can’t wait until my next appointment at nela dental.

Really great staff and very well run! The space was very well organized and clean. Setting up an appointment was quick and easy, intake was online, and appt reminders and check in could be done from my phone!

This was my son's very first dental visit and because of everyone there he quickly got over being nervous. Everyone was very professional and welcoming. I am blessed and truly grateful to have found such a caring staff for my baby. Thank you for loving what you do. It makes a world of difference in how you treat your patients. Highly recommended.

I was incredibly impressed that they were able to accommodate my dental cleaning appointment so promptly, demonstrating a high level of commitment to their patients' well-being. Furthermore, the hygienists consistently displayed remarkable care and consideration throughout my treatment, particularly when addressing the specific needs of adult patients. The staff's expertise in navigating complex insurance issues was truly remarkable; they handled everything with efficiency and ease, alleviating a significant amount of stress. I was also very pleased to learn that they offer their own discounted cleaning and services package, which provides excellent value for money. The office itself has a wonderful ambiance, with a tasteful and comfortable interior that makes you feel relaxed and at ease. The entire staff, from reception to the dental assistants, is exceptionally friendly and welcoming, creating a positive and reassuring environment. I also appreciated the abundance of available parking, making my visits very convenient. Lastly, I was very impressed by the practice's investment in modern and advanced cleaning equipment, which gave me confidence in the quality of care I was receiving.

For the first time in my life, I don’t have to have a full-on nauseous panic attack leading up to going to the dentist! I didn’t know that was even possible! Dr. Rachal was friendly, extremely empathetic, accomodating, and explained my options carefully. The entire office is very nice and comfortable and everyone working there is so extremely sweet. It really shows that they treat their employees well, which makes a huge difference for the overall feel of going here.

Wow! Front the scheduling, to walking in, to getting into the chair, to be blessed on the way out by the amazing staff! Everything was FLAWLESS! I felt like I was at my dentist from back home! Special shoutout to Mrs. Karla, Dr. Pruden, and my girl Marjo! This was a first time experience for me and honestly was on edge but my friend recommended this place and I’m forever grateful!

A few years ago I had the worst dentist appointment of my life. I was in so much pain and the dentist ignored my cries. For years, I struggled to go back to the dentist even when I really needed to because I had anxiety just thinking about past experiences. However, I went to a new dentist yesterday and had the best experience I could ever have at NELA Dental they were so sweet to me. Treated me with such kindness and grace yesterday. If I even flinched they didn’t make a move til everything was perfect and my heart was settled. If you have anxiety or hate going to the dentist, please make them your choice. I will never go to another dentist. I love them so much for what they did for me yesterday. Dr. Pruden was a gem!
